This policy explains what information Ormvale collects when you visit this website or purchase a product, and how it's used. Ormvale is operated by Luciano Modesto Nascimento Menezes, an individual seller based in Brazil.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver our products:

• Purchase information. When you buy a product, our payment provider (currently Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record) collects your name, email, and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your name, email, and purchase details from them — we never see or store your full card number.
• Email address, if you subscribe. If you choose to join our mailing list, we collect your email through MailerLite, our email service provider, with your explicit, separate consent (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we keep the content of that conversation to help you and to improve our products.

What we don't do

• We don't use cookies or trackers on this site. Our analytics tool (Umami) is cookieless and does not collect personal or identifiable data.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We don't collect more data than we need to run the business.

Legal basis and your rights

We process your data based on your consent (for the mailing list) and on the necessity to perform the contract when you make a purchase (LGPD art. 7 and GDPR art. 6, as applicable). You can, at any time:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails

Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

• Paddle.com and/or Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record
• MailerLite — email list management, only if you subscribe
• Umami — cookieless website analytics
• Cloudflare — website hosting
