Our promise

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund it. No questions, no forms, no convincing us.

How it works

• Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
• Email us at contact@ormvale.com with your order confirmation.
• We process refunds within 2 business days, through the same payment method you used to buy.

Pre-orders

If a product is sold as a pre-order, the product page will say so clearly, along with the expected delivery date, before you pay. If we don't deliver by that date, you're entitled to a full refund even outside the 14-day window above.

Why we do it this way

A refund costs us a sale. A dispute with our payment processor costs us the sale, a fee, and puts our ability to keep selling at risk. Making refunds easy is how we keep this business honest and simple — for you and for us.
